Our Story
QUENCH was born out of our desire to create amazing travel experiences that are accessible to everyone. The thrill of travel came to a screeching halt during the COVID-19 Pandemic, but the longing to explore new & familiar places still remained. We set out to find virtual guided experiences online to quench the thirst for travel, but couldn't find what we were looking for. So, we set out to build QUENCH - a platform to showcase the world's special places, with engaging, local guides sharing their knowledge, passion, and creativity for a global audience of virtual voyagers.
We wish everyone had the opportunity to travel extensively. Our goal is to give QUENCH’s audience extraordinary, virtual travel experiences at their fingertips, and to give exceptional guides a platform to share their gifts and stories and earn the living they deserve. Quench provides a curated collection of on-demand adventures, city tours, behind-the-scenes scoops, culinary journeys, museum strolls, eco-tours and other guided virtual experiences.

Meet our founder
terry allen
Terry has spent more than three decades in corporate & investment banking, but regularly daydreams about past and future travel experiences. Having traveled in 40 countries, she has had many amazing adventures and special moments. Terry suspects she has been on every mode of transportation except a spaceship! Whether standing in awe before the natural and manmade wonders of the world, hiking the Andes or Rockies, enjoying the sites of major cities and sounds, exploring markets, snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef, or meeting locals in remote regions of the world, Terry is enthused and inspired by what the world has to show us.
